Process
You will receive a Paypal invoice after first contact and I will start work on the commission after payment (either partial or complete) has been received.I will ask you to provide descriptions and references, the more the better!
After each stage of the drawing is complete (sketch > lines and/or color block > final render)
you will receive a preview to approve.You can ask for up to 3 rounds of changes to each stage, specifically relevant to that stage.
For expamle: asking for changes to the pose is okay during the sketch phase but not once the colors and shading have been blocked in. Once a stage and its possible changes have been approved I move on to the next one until the piece is finished.At this point (and after every pending fee has been paid) I will send you a full-resolution digital version of your image via e-mail and in your preferred file type (.PNG is recommended but other examples include .JPEG or .PDF to name a few). I will not be sending you any raw .PSD files.
Payment
I handle everything via PayPal. Let me know your email and I'll invoice you.
Additional fees may apply for additonal changes, changes outside of the established stage,
or anything on the "Let's talk about it" section but they would all be discussed beforehand.
Refunds
If you decide to cancel BEFORE I start work on your commission.
If I can't finish the commission at all or within the time discussed.
Disclaimers
These commissions are for PERSONAL USE only and cannot be used to advertise or to be re-sold
in any form, digital or physical. If you want me to do commercial work, please e-mail me instead
and we can discuss the details of a contract.These commissions are meant for single, still images. If you wish to hire me to do comic work, storyboards, or animation, please e-mail me so we can discuss it.The commissioner does not have and never will gain permission to convert the art to NFT or to use
it as fodder for any AI.I retain the rights to the image and the ability to post them online across any web page or social media platform.I may ask your permission to record or stream my process of making the drawing, or to use your image
in merchandise such as prints, which YOU CAN DECLINE.You can also ask me to delay posting the finished product online if it is meant as a gift for someone who shouldn't see it yet, but a date must be determined.I do not, however, gain any rights to characters belonging to the commissioner or any other intellectual properties.Commissions are made on a first-come-first-serve basis unless a hard deadline has been discussed beforehand.All commissions should be finished within 2-3 months of accepting first payment, provided I've been receiving the pertinent feedback and payment for each stage.I retain the right to decline any commission request without the need for further justification.All final images will be signed, no exceptions.
